Built from high quality stainless steel, they are incredibly tough making them suitable for constant use. Also reduce your cleaning times as they can be taken straight from the cooker to the freezer to the bains marie with no need for transferring to another pan. This set includes two 1/3 pans, two 1/6 pans complete with appropriate lids for each pan and an adaptor support bar. For use with L371 and L310 Buffalo Bain Maries.
