Payments & Refunds

All payments are handled and processed via PayPal.

If you do not have a PayPal account, you may still pay with your credit or debit card as a PayPal ‘guest’.

For buyers/shipping addresses in the UK: prices shown are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and a VAT invoice will be emailed to you when dispatch is confirmed.

For buyers/shipping addresses outside the UK: prices shown are exclusive of VAT/taxes, which will be payable to local customs authorities on import of goods into your country. Any taxes/import duties/fees payable are the responsibility of the buyer to pay, and payment is usually made to the postal operator or delivery company.


Your items will only be dispatched to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Please ensure you provide full complete delivery address, as we cannot be held responsible for any delivery delay or failure caused by incorrect/incomplete address being provided.

Please provide a valid email address and/or mobile telephone number so courier tracking notifications can be sent to you (where available).

Stock & Availability

Items listed for sale on this website are either stocked by ourselves, or by our suppliers.

Items stocked by ourselves, or items stocked by our suppliers that are dispatched direct to our customers, are usually dispatched within 1 working day. Items that are stocked by suppliers which have to be ordered in for dispatch from our warehouse are typically dispatched within 2 to 5 working days. (Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)

In the event that an item has become out of stock or is otherwise unavailable, we’ll notify you, and you’ll have the option of cancelling for a refund, or leaving on backorder.

Damages & Discrepancies

Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives! In the event that an item has been delivered and received damaged, or is different to that which was ordered, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by replying to the order dispatch email that we send you, providing photo evidence of the damage or discrepancy, then we can take action swiftly to resolve any issue you may have, by either offering a refund or a replacement.

For items not received, please check courier tracking information to ascertain if item is in transit, out for delivery or delivery attempt recorded.

Royal Mail – items sent with Royal Mail are typically delivered in 2 to 3 working days from dispatch confirmation.

DPD, DHL Parcel, Parcelforce, TNT – items dispatched with these couriers are typically delivered the following day from dispatch confirmation to UK mainland addresses, 2 to 3 days for remote and offshore UK locations (Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands).

If your delivery has not been received on the estimated delivery date given by the courier tracking, please contact us immediately so we can investigate this further, as we often have a limited timeframe in which to claim for items lost in transit.

Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind and wish to return any item ordered for a full refund, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure you package well any item to be returned to avoid damage in transit, and either enclose your delivery note or invoice, or quote our order number on the package, so we can process your refund in a timely manner.

Items need to be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition to be accepted for refund.

For items that have been received damaged, defective, or otherwise incorrectly supplied, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, as noted above, so that we can take action to replace the delivery or refund the order.
