Fulfilment & Handling
Items listed for sale on this website can be stocked by ourselves, ordered in from suppliers to our fulfilment warehouse or dispatched direct from suppliers.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 5 days.
Orders to UK addresses will be sent with Royal Mail, DPD, DHL Parcel, Parcelforce, Fedex or TNT, this will vary depending on the value/weight of the order, and the location from where the order is dispatched.
Orders to non-UK addresses will be sent with Royal Mail, DPD or DHL Express.
When dispatch is confirmed, we’ll send you an email with courier and tracking details.
Delivery Costs
Unless stated otherwise, delivery costs will be applicable, and these can be viewed on the Cart page, once you select a country, town and postcode.
UK deliveries start from £2.80, while international delivery costs will vary depending on item and destination country.
For orders going to international destinations, import duties/taxes may be incurred, these are not included in the final order total, and will be payable to the delivery company on import.
Buyers from outside the UK may wish to check local customs restrictions, as while we offer items for sale in good faith, some countries may have stringent requirements on import of certain types of goods – for example Australia recently prohibited import of all veterinary/pet/animal care products without a valid import licence.
