Description

The Bosch exhaust gas temperature sensors monitor and protect the particulate filter on diesel and gasoline vehicles. They measure the exhaust gas temperature at multiple points that are used as inputs for reducing emissions whilst maximising fuel economy. They enable the engine controller to regulate exhaust gas aftertreatment systems. Furthermore, the Bosch exhaust gas temperature sensors monitor temperatures of critical components such as turbo chargers, particulate filters and catalysts. This allows for maximum power generation without risking over temperature related failures.
